Writing on the Air is busy working on an "internet only" extension to its normal broadcast show. Our broadcast showtime is from 6 PM to 7 PM every Wednesday.

We are working on plans to extend our show length by one half hour, from 7 PM to 7:30 PM every Wednesday. But this added half hour will only be available over the internet at www.koop.org

We are planning to broadcast an exciting new series produced by the Modern Language Association called "What's the Word?"

These are top flight shows including such topics as Walt Whitman and Democracy, Al Pacino's Shakespeare, What Writers Read and Science Fiction by Women. One of my favorite in the series is Nathan the Wise, an old tale seemingly written just for the times we live in today.

Keep an eye on this web page for the openning schedule. We hope to launch these exciting add on programs in about a month. You won't want to miss a single one.
